Hey everyone,
So which glue do you use?
This question I get a lot maybe once or twice a week at least. At the moment I use models and materials from a lot of different game systems.
So model materials I use:
Forgeworld Resin
Yellow Resin
The Clean white Resin(Dropzone Commander)
Cheap resin (That smells of wee)
Metal Minis
Plastic (Mainly GW)
Wood from bark to bolsa
Plumber plastic piping
So there are few the different materials I work with in the wargaming world.
Myself I have now tried a lot of different glues from GW to expensive professional ones.
Super glue in gel form to plastic glues to melt the plastic together.
After maybe 10 years of exploring at last I have found a glue that is easy to control and very strong. I use this glue all the time now. At first I found this in my local corner shop but I did research for the people and found on Amozon for a nice cheap price.
Go check it out and buy one tube and see how it works for you
GSD Super Glue
Thank you so much for reading

I use Roket Plastic Glue for Normal GW Plastic kits.
ReplyDeleteAnd Roket Odourless With Roket Blaster. So It sets instantly.
I get it from the manufacturer, Deluxe Materials.

I use Rocket too its the best glue i have found so far.
ReplyDeleteFor plastic glue, I use Revell's Contacta Professional. I prefer the design of the bottle, as it's easier to squeeze out the last bit of glue than the blue bottles of Humbrol Precision Poly.
ReplyDeleteI've got Roket glue; a bottle of Roket Rapid which is runny and Roket Max which is thick, but have been using rubber infused glue, such as Loctite Power Flex for small areas that are hard to pin or are liable to break off. I've also used rubber infused Filla Glu super glue, which is in a larger bottle than the Loctite stuff. http://www.filla-glu.com/
